WTA ST. MEDIA ACCREDITATION HAS STARTED. PETERSBURG LADIES TROPHY 2022

Accreditation of media representatives for the VII International Tennis Tournament WTA St. Petersburg Ladies Trophy is held from January 10 to February 10, 2022 electronically. There is NO other type of accreditation for the tournament!

To send an application for accreditation, media representatives need to go to the electronic press center at press.formulatx.com and register. Detailed information on accreditation can be found on the official website of the tournament in the “Press Center/Accreditation” section.

Draw your attention to! WTA St. Petersburg Ladies Trophy 2022 will be able to visit all accredited journalists in person. The accreditation period for a full-time visit to the tournament is from January 10 to January 28, 2022 inclusive. A separate sector 11 will be organized on the stands for watching matches for the media.

All accredited media at SIBUR ARENA will also have a special area on the second floor in the open press center (Tennis Talk) next to sectors 1 and 2 with access to all press conferences with the players. The presence in the open press center will be limited by the number of seats. During the press conference it will be possible to ask questions to the players. Communication between players and the press will take place only in an online format through a specially installed screen. This also applies to individual interviews with players – online format.

Work at the WTA St. Petersburg Ladies Trophy 2022 will also be available from remote access, as it was in autumn at ATP St. Petersburg Open 2021. The accreditation period for working at the tournament remotely without personal presence at the arena (electronic press center) is from February 5 to 13, 2022.

After confirming accreditation for the tournament and receiving an accreditation badge, entry to the SIBUR ARENA is possible ONLY IF YOU PRESENT a valid QR code confirming vaccination or previous COVID-19 disease.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

MEDIA ACCREDITATION: For registration, it is obligatory to fill in all fields of the registration form except for the “fax” field, attach a scan of the editorial letter (pdf) and a photo (preferably – 300 dpi, jpg, 4*6 cm). Media representatives who have confirmed accreditation to the WTA St. Petersburg Ladies Trophy 2020, ATP St. Petersburg Petersburg Open 2020 may undergo accelerated accreditation for WTA St. Petersburg Ladies Trophy 2021. To do this, you just need to go to your personal account, previously activated at past tournaments, and on the personal account page at the bottom left, select the “Change event” option. In the window that opens, select the WTA St. Petersburg Ladies Trophy 2021. Your contact information will be revealed to you. To proceed with registration, all you need to do is attach an updated letter of application to the editors and a new photo and click the submit button. You can also, if necessary, change your position, contact phone number to update the data. After consideration and approval of your application, you will receive confirmation of accreditation and a password to enter your personal account in the electronic press center to the e-mail address you specified during registration.

During the tournament, all the necessary information will be placed in your account (news for the media, SMS and E-MAIL notifications, links to participate in Zoom-conferences, etc.).

WORK OF PHOTOGRAPHERS: subject to mandatory accreditation, it will be possible only from the spectator stands and will be organized by the chief photographer of the tournament. More information about the conditions of work of the media at the tournament can be found in the Media Guide, which will be available in your personal account after receiving accreditation. The tournament management will be grateful for sending us your suggestions and comments on the work of the electronic press center, the introduction of new services, as well as for your press materials, which can be sent through a special service in the personal media account.

OBTAINING ACCREDITATION BADGES: The technical department for issuing accreditations for the tournament starts its work at the SIBUR ARENA (entrance No. 17) from February 3, 2022 at 10:00 and will continue until the end of the competition in accordance with the current game schedule. The schedule will be announced later. To obtain accreditation, all media representatives must present a journalistic or service ID.
